"Not really worth what I paid"
I was disappointed with this one. When I first hung the canvas up, it looked fine from across the room, so I thought maybe it wasn’t too bad. But once I got closer and really looked at it, the quality just felt kind of cheap. For the price, I was expecting something a lot nicer. I don’t think I’d order from here again

Canvas turned out nice. Colors were really close to my photo, and the frame feels solid. Had a tiny rough spot on one corner, but not noticeable once it’s on the wall. Overall, happy with it.

"Finish wasn’t what I was expecting"
The print itself was fine, but the canvas finish just didn’t look as nice as I’d hoped. It had this dull, uneven look to it, and the edges weren’t very clean. I mentioned my concerns, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read the message. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price I expected better. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a canvas from 365canvas, i’m kind of biased toward gifts that feel personal, so this was right up my alley. I liked that I could add names, dates, and tweak the wording without it being complicated. The preview was really helpful too, especially since I’m picky about how things look before ordering.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish there were a few more font options, and editing on my phone could’ve been a little smoother. But overall, it turned out really nice and felt way more thoughtful than just grabbing a regular gift.

"Probably wouldn’t give this as a gift again"
I picked this up thinking it would make a cute gift, but when it showed up it just didn’t have that special feel I was hoping for. It looked a little cheaper than I expected, the price made it more disappointing.

I felt kind of awkward handing it over. It might be fine if you’re just buying it for yourself, but as a gift it really didn’t land for me.

"Way too much effort to get it fixed"
It did get sorted in the end, but it took way more time and effort than it should have. I had to keep chasing things up, which was frustrating. Glad it’s fixed now, but the whole process was a hassle.

"My wife really loved it"
I ordered a canvas from 365canvas for my wife, and she really loved it. The colors turned out really nice, and the photo looked better than I expected. It showed up in good shape and didn’t take too long to arrive. She already hung it up in our room, so I’m really glad I got it. I’d definitely order again.

I’m tired of having to chase down orders or deal with customer service, so it was a relief that the tracking was easy to follow. I got updates along the way, knew where my package was, and it showed up when it said it would. No drama, which I appreciated

"Print came out really clear"
i mean, I was surprised by how clear the print looked when it showed up. All the little details came through really nicely, and the colors didn’t look blurry or off at all. It looked just like the photo I uploaded. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again.

"Customer service really took their time"
The product itself was fine, nothing amazing but it did the job. The frustrating part was trying to get help. I emailed customer service and waited days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really solve anything. It kind of felt like they weren’t paying much attention to the issue. I had to follow up again before I got a useful answer. Not a terrible experience overall, but the slow replies definitely made it more stressful than it needed to be...

"Packaging held up like I expected"
The box showed up with a bit of a dent, but I wasn’t too worried because I’ve always felt their packaging is reliable. Sure enough, the canvas inside was totally safe and undamaged.

"Should’ve bought this frame sooner"
I’m kind of annoyed I waited so long to get this. The frame arrived clean and sturdy, with no gaps or weird corners, and it looks really solid on the wall. It makes the whole space look a lot nicer than I expected.

"Nice canvas, but the holiday shipping was a letdown"
The canvas itself turned out really nice, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the shipping before Christmas took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful. It did make it in the end, just later than I would’ve liked. Kind of felt like they could’ve been a little more upfront about the timing.
